I had the honor of working with Gavin on numerous occasions during my time at GTB. He's a wonderful and genuine person to work with as he approaches challenges with enthusiasm along with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks. When given tight deadlines and an undefined scope, Gavin exercises a great degree of patience and willingness to find actionable solutions that meet the client's needs while also ensuring that project teams are set up to succeed. Additionally, he is prompt and direct when it comes to communicating any obstacles that come up during implementation, which ensures that small roadblocks do not become big setbacks. Gavin also exercises a high-degree of emotional intelligence as, while knowledgeable, he is not afraid to be forthcoming if he does not know an answer to something; because of his collaborative nature with SME's he will quickly find that answer for you. Due to all of this, Gavin is a key asset to any team.
