The project involved managing the Clients five vendors to • Estimated the Project Cost, managed Change Requests. • Regularly coordination with the Business Users and Stake Holders to stay aligned with their business needs. • Managed the vendors, insuring that all SLAs and Key Service Provider agreements were up-to-date. • Conducted regular sessions with the SMEs, to insure alignment and to update Functional and Technical Specification documents, Stakeholder Requirements and Requirement traceability matrix. • Created and published Project Schedules with high level milestones. • Regularly met with the stakeholders to create and maintained risks and issues in the Issue and Risk Log in EPPM and SharePoint. • Built relations and worked closely with Business, Dev, Data and Modeling Managers, ETLs, Information Needs Analyst, and SQA team to ensure technical compatibility. • Planned and conducted Implemented plan that included shake-out and back-out plans. • Generated weekly Status Reports to the Business Users, Stake holders, IT and Senior Management team on the Project Progress, Risks and Results. • Successfully managed all phases of the project delivery including Information Needs Analysis, Data Profiling, Source to-Target-Mapping, Data Modeling and Governance reviews , Architecture Review, System Test, User Acceptance testing, Integration Test, Release management and Project Closure.
