Alexis is an amazing SaaS leader with a proven track record in leading Client Success / Client Service teams at both start-up and growth stage companies. Her passion for Customer Success is truly inspiring! It's evident in the way she approaches every interaction with clients and her unwavering commitment to making sure they feel heard and valued. She also has a unique gift for establishing trust and building rapport with clients very quickly. Her professionalism, strategic thinking, and ability to lead a high-performing team made her an invaluable member of SQAD. Lastly, Alexis always found a way to make work fun, which is a talent that’s not easy to come by. You’d be hard pressed to find someone who works as tirelessly and efficiently as Alexis. Alexis joined our team in 2008 and stepped into a, at times, hectic environment that definitely didn’t have much structure. She was instrumental in shaping the processes of our team but also our organization, which ultimately led to our successful sale to a PE firm. There was no task too small or ill-defined that Alexis wasn’t willing to jump on with both enthusiasm and an eye towards process improvement as well which is what you need in a startup environment. Yet she was able to grow with the organization as we became more mature. This led to her being promoted and ultimately stepping into the leadership role I left at SQAD just over a year ago. There was no one else I wanted to take over leading the team I had built. But lest you think she was all business; Alexis could bring some much-needed humor at just the right time. I hope to get the opportunity to work with Alexis again in the future and am happy to call her my friend today.
