Voor de Programmadirectie ERTMS ben ik projectleider van het ERTMS congres Time to Connect en adviseer ik over de opzet van stakeholdermanagement voor zowel Ertms als spoorgoederenvervoer. Het European Railway Traffic Management System ERTMS is een nieuw besturing- en beveiligingssysteem voor het spoor. Kort gezegd kunnen straks, dankzij dit systeem, meer treinen beter en veiliger over het spoor. Het is een van de grootste projecten ooit voor ProRail.
