  I work as the youth delegate coordinator for Finnish youth delegates and as a project manager for a project that aims to develop youth delegate perogrammes (Future Agents NOW). Youth delegates are representatives who raise the voice of young people in international decision-making processes. As the delegate coordinator, I am responsible for recruitment, training, and support for delegates as well as partnerships with e.g. ministeries and youth organisations regarding the delegate programme.
