  I have worked as a project management lecturer and evaluator in the "further vocational qualification in digital media", network communication and publishing graphics -programs. I also lectured "Social Media & Networking" and "Digital Marketing" (as of 2019). From the spring of 2018 forwards i expanded the evaluations to include the "gaming graphics", "animation and effects production" and "post production" (video editing) programs. The educational reform has further required extensive use of change management skills in re-organizing the digital media adult education and its evaluation criteria. As a professional speaker and qualified lecturer, i find it easy to convey my thoughts clearly to audiences, both large and small alike. Having assessed approximately 550 digital media customer projects during the last decade, I have a clear picture of what is happening in the field now. As a technical and project managerial assessor in both website projects and graphics publishing ones, i have the most recent knowledge of the latest practices in both fields including e.g. varying CMS use, CSS styles, JavaScript, HTML5, and Adobe CC tools including among others Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Evaluations have taken place partially face-to-face on-site and also increasingly via video conferencing, which sets and demands a whole different depth of personal professional requirements for the assessors in question. The switch into two-assessor- based process further increases the need for experienced, in depth, up to date, versatile approach towards projects and their evaluation. A wide understanding and experience of entrepreneurship and its dimensions in the digital age have been essential in both the instructor and evaluator roles during this time. Show less

Through these projects I gained significant knowhow of cross cultural co-operation and the effects and implications to working with different cultures.
