After submitting an essay, I was selected to be a student journalist for the CONNECT: 2013 NLGJA Student Journalism Project. Myself, along with 12-13 other students, were the eyes and ears of the 2013 National Convention & LGBT Media Summit. There, we reported stories that related to the convention and programming as well as the local LGBT scene in Boston. After submitting an essay, I was selected to be a student journalist for the CONNECT: 2013 NLGJA Student Journalism Project. Myself, along with 12-13 other students, were the eyes and ears of the 2013 National Convention & LGBT Media Summit. There, we reported stories that related to the convention and programming as well as the local LGBT scene in Boston.
