Nick was a very successful member of my team during the two years that I was responsible for BMW Corporate Finance. He built good relationships with BMW Dealers and with customers and was successful in bringing on board and developing some major corporate accounts. He focuses his effort on action that will deliver the result and is careful not to waste time on less valuable opportunities. He was disciplined about tackling the necessary administrative tasks and he considered the details of processes beyond his role in order to improve work flows and create good working methods with colleagues.
