Bio
Samantha Smith
Anne-Marie was a great person to learn from and work alongside. We worked together as Production artists, and she has a wealth of knowledge that she was always willing to share. A lot of what I know about production art came from Anne-Marie. She had a way of making things easier to understand. She always kept a cool head under pressure, when there was more work than people and did anything she could to get everything done. Every job she touched had a lot of care and attention put into it, and quality was the thing I noticed the most about her work. She was able to work well with the overseas team when transferring a brand over to them, and had useful ideas for making the process smoother for both sides. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Anne-Marie and would be a great asset to any team.

Working under Anne-Marie was always reassuring in a chaotic environment for several reasons. First, she kept a cool head in stressful situations, and was able to put on a smile in the face of destruction. Second, she made every possible effort to keep clients and all team members informed of project statuses, and the many changes that continually happened. And finally, her no-nonsense attitude enabled her to make the kinds tough decisions that earned my respect; from standing up to uninformed colleagues who made snap judgements, to firing personnel who weren't pulling their own weight. My experience with Anne-Marie was enlightening and educational.
