Pedro is one of the best leaders I've ever had in my life. Not only does he care deeply about the people he works with, but also his sense of underlying problems within a team is on point! He supported us in growing together as a team - for me personally the issues were that I do too much on my own and I need to actively invite others more and to be more transparent about my activities and results. Pedro Almeida is a great manager, leader, and coach. The time I worked with him, I could see what transparency meant and the power of it!
