Entered to the project which was fully legacy JavaScript. Forced active rewriting codebase to TypeScript, added proper state management (redux, redux-dependent-reducers), introduced React and RxJS to the project. Promoted TDD, code review, CSS in JS (as a must for new features). Promoted switch from Grunt to Gulp, fully rewritten bundling process of Webpack, including development and production builds of Cordova based mobile apps. Was proactive to keep all dependencies up to date. Participated in all meetings between different departments, was deeply involved in recruiting process.
