Parita Pai, PMP

Nadia has great technical leadership skills and has an amazing can-do attitude. I had the opportunity to work with her on multiple projects at health Alliance. She has excellent communication skills and comes up with great ideas to meet the customer need in a smart lean way. She is also able to engage with stakeholders at all levels due to her technical competence, delivery focus and attitude to put customer first. She has recently done her PMP certification, and I think she would make a great Project manager. I wish her all the best!

I worked alongside Nadia for from the start of 2018 to the 3rd quarter 2019, while I was contracted to HealthAlliance to perform agile transformation activities in the Digital and Mobility division, a unit of about 130 people. As part of that transformation we reorganized traditional teams into squads set up as scrum teams, running scrum. From the start Nadia distinguished herself by her energy, positivity, and willingness to engage and learn. Nadia emerged naturally as a leader for her team, helping her colleagues adopt agile, acting as an informal coach for her team, and facilitating scrum events. Her effectiveness in leadership is enhanced by her personal style, which is friendly, encouraging, and supportive, while at the same time setting high standards and expecting them to be met. Nadia was quick to seek opportunities to certify her new skills in agile, and has continued to test herself constantly against global standards by extending her certifications in agile, Scaled Agile, and the PMI professional project manager certification (PMP). I am sure that Nadia's mix of skills, innate capability, life-long-learning approach, and personal style will continue to ensure her success wherever her career may take her.
