I had the great pleasure of working for Mariza for just over 2 years, and she was an absolute stand-out the whole time. Mariza has both excellent technical knowledge and excellent people management skills, and I feel lucky to have benefited greatly from both. Mariza is a very astute solutions consultant that is able to not only understand a brief first time, but also look beyond to the bigger picture and ask the important Why question of the request. This quest for understanding enables her to design valuable and meaningful solutions for clients. As a team worker, Mariza is dedicated and passionate and often went above & beyond in her duties.
