He knows how bridge the physical gap of working remote by being as responsive and brief as possible. He always had a plan, he always was in contact with everybody and any question found an answer with him. He was the perfect interface between development and business. As our team lead, he was relentless in fixing any issues that we might have had, logistical or of other nature. He was also our SCRUM master.
