Observability platforms, telephony, workforce management and IAM automation and OTA environments for Microsoft Office 365. As Architecture consultant I was involved in deploying and developing the de Volksbank Microsoft Office 365 environment and innovating End-point connectivity. Part of the deployment at de Volksbank was to develop and implement an architecture guidance and way of working for the development teams to help ensure that innovations and developments take place under architecture guidance. To realise this I designed an Agile Architecture model that helps to clarify how architecture artifacts and desings are realised and governed through the lifecycle of an IT product or service.

He fulfilled this role within a large Cloud migration project, which was carried out in collaboration between Sogeti and selected partners. In this position Gawin was involved as Technical Lead in the migration of the application landscape of various operational domains within Enexis. The Technical Leads within a transformation stream are the technical conscience of the transformation and are responsible for coordination with the Functional and Technical Managers of the customer organization, external suppliers and project partners. The are also key in the realizing a fitting technical solution that adresses the functional needs of the customer. The Technical Lead is also a source of information and coach for the Solution Designers and Engineers in the application of Cloud components used to create the technical solutions. In addition to the Technical Lead, Gawin was also involved as Solution Designer in various application transformations and contributed to the successful implementation and transformation of various applications using a broad spectrum of Cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.
