I worked with Paul for over a year on Clearview's traffic applications platform. Paul understands customer's needs well, and is very good in translating those into feasible projects to deliver. His technical background gives him an edge in communicating customers' needs to developers very clearly, and other stakeholders alike. Paul's business acumen and presentable style puts him at the fore-front of the Products team for new account acquisitions and important customer deals. I have observed he can easily play multiple roles very well: account management, sales, partners, and product ownership/management roles. Together with Paul, we have modernised the applications delivery platform into React-Redux-ES6 upon delivery of some immediately needed customer requirements on the existing Dojo platform. We had a strong chemistry in team, we worked in Scrum-Agile, and Paul led us excellently in delivering on time and with pleasure. His adaptation to change is very good too, I recall how well he managed to work us around a client's (Amey) schedules.
