I have known Ms Zhe Zhang since she joined ERI@N. We worked together on the development of Building Energy Efficiency Technology Roadmap for Singapore government. Despite being new to the field, she learned fast and adjusted very well in her role. She is always attentive to details and makes sure the delegated tasks are completed on time. Zhe moved on to projects focused on sustainable building design and technologies, which was something closer to her heart, after finishing her master’s degree. We worked together again when she became project manager of one multidisciplinary collaboration project of which I was the Principal Investigator. She demonstrated her abilities managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders, and made sure the project is carried out on time within budget. She has a pleasant personality and gets along well with her peers, supervisors and customers alike. She is also versatile and open to new challenges and tasks. I can tell she has grown tremendously professionally over the years and I am certain she will be a valuable asset wherever she goes.
