Nicole immediately showed her strong and varied skills when she joined my social media team—leadership, strategy, project management, writing, presentation, and more. She started out as a one-person content strategist and helped to build out a social journalism plan and team. Not only did she develop a content strategy with measurable results, but she also researched the best place for the different pieces of content to live (e.g. microblog sites like Tumblr, external sites, Dell blogs, Twitter, etc.. ) She quickly became recognized across Dell as a leader and expert blogger.
