Level 4 “Masterplan” project – Birmingham Budget £6.00M, 58,000 Sq.ft A project that was conceived in early 2016, the design phase process took 18 months with the first brands within the first phase of five starting on site in August 2017. The five phases, consisted of high end brand fitouts, a new restaurant, shoe gallery, a dedicated accessories area and a high spec Personal Shopping suite, linking new tiled walkways throughout the floor plate. Required close coordination of a number of stakeholders ensuring excellent standards throughout the construction phase within live store environments.
