Melanie has truly given me great insight, understanding and a great example of what being a Talent Acquisition and Retention Specialist is truly all about. I had been in the Human Resource profession for at least 8 years at the time I started working with Melanie. But I can safely say my respect for and understanding of the importance and value in talent and skills development was truly illuminated once I met her. She is truly passionate about what she does, has a very strategic approach to everything she does. She always has her finger on the pulse (she never misses a beat), I'm sometimes not sure how she can get so many things done in just 24hours! However she is always conscious, cautious and calculated when taking big decisions or making a signature move.
