Ken is an experienced leader who succeeded in empowering his teams to deliver software products to the world’s largest enterprises. I had the pleasure of working with Ken for 7 years. Ken was initially joined as a senior engineer in Mac team and promoted to team manager role shortly. During that time, he demonstrated his unique ability to gain trust from engineering, product management and QA. He did so well that he became the regional director to lead all development and QA teams in Asia. Under his leadership, talented engineers were promoted to team managing positions.
