Work within a small team to develop 8 Prototype hybrid hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles for a European funded project called SWARM.The main areas of work resolve around the usability and reliability of the vehicle.During my employment at Coventry University i have completed the following tasks: Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) Design & Implementation (Matlab/Simulink), Battery Integration System (BIS) Design & Implementation (Matlab/Simulink), New Battery pack Design, Fabrication & Integration (Catia V5), Hydrogen Fuel Cell System CAD Design, Fabrication & Integration, Fuel Cell Controller Design & Implementation (Matlab/Simulink) , General CAD Updates (Catia V5), CAD Vehicle Simulations (Dymola), FEA (Catia V5), Physical Testing and Manufacturing & Installation guides.Along with my work on the Prototypes i am also involved in a number of other projects within the university, such as vibration testing and analysis, full vehicle testing and virtual prototyping.I have recently finished testing a new fuel cell system which a colleague and I designed from the ground up, with over 1k reliable miles in operation we are now rolling out the implementation across the remaining prototype vehicles.

Worked within the Russo Racing team known as NMT No Limits Kawasaki. Designed and manufactured the wiring harness for the 2D data acquisition systems to fit the 2015 Kawasaki ZX6-R & ZX10-R. I also worked along side Andy White at Kais Ohlins where we would work through the data to solve dynamic issues reported from the rider as well as analysis performance of our motorcycles to ensure we stayed at the top of our game, worked with four riders in the year of 2015 and won the National Superstock Championship with Mason Law.
