Workshops: het opschalen van innovaties

Op basis van de tool 'Opschalen: bepaal je route!', die ik ontwikkelde bij IenW, geef ik workshops aan publieke organisaties over het opschalen van innovaties. De tool geeft teams die werken aan opschalingsprojecten praktische handvatten om strategische keuzes te maken in opschalingstrajecten. In de workshops begeleid ik de teams om met de tool te werken.
