  Project Engineer of SME Aerospace Sdn BhdProgramme manager for Composites Technology Research Malaysia (CTRM), Korea Airlines, Paradigm Precision UK, RUAG, SPEQS Manufacturing, and Senior Aerospace UPECA.- Involved various type of aircraft : A400M, A320/A321, A380, B767, C130J, B737.- Involved various type of component: FLELP, Sharklet Lead Edge, A400M Bracket/Mounting, and etc.1)Act as a contact point with customers.2)Investigate and problem solving for any complaint from customer.3)Reply, respond, and follow-up customer's query and issues via email/phone call.4)Ensure all raw material, AGS, BOF, and Consumable are comply to our production and customer's requirement.5)Chair internal programme meeting with internal department to ensure production are as per plan to customer's order.6)Present Order summary in Contract Review meeting and provide periodic report as required to customer.7) Pre-alert relevant department for administrative and logistic support for customer visit to the company.8) Liaise with commercial department on all matters related to existing pricing and process on the program.9) External performance review at customer's company to present on delivery and quality performance.10) Coordinate ad-hoc project tasks for delivery results in timely and effective manner.11) Prepare Minutes of Meeting and follow up on action items with respective work streams.12) Maintain project registers and lists (such as Action Logs, Risk Registers, etc)
