Joe Lynch ★ The Logistics of Logistics
While working as a independent consultant to Chrysler, I reported directly to Terry on a number of high profile change initiatives. The nature of the projects required Terry to interface and report to the highest levels of Chrysler management (VP, COO, President, etc) and he was always trusted and well respected at those levels because he was a great communicator, honest, and a straight shooter. Working for Terry was a pleasure, because he kept his team challenged, enthused and focused on business results. During one of Chrysler's frequent meltdowns, a morale survey was taken and all the managers were asked to work with their teams on morale improvement. Not surprisingly, Terry's group was the happiest group, so we were excused from the morale improvement activities. Terry is a great project manager and he always delivers on time and on budget and he made sure that his team followed his great example. Terry is a calm, thoughtful business leader who can always be counted on.
Brenda Palys, PMP
Terry is very intelligent and easy to work with. He is able to captivate his audience, is articulate when presenting, and explains things in a way that everyone can understand. I really like his idea of planting the seed when others do not see his point, watering those seeds a little at a time then allowing them to take ownership because it is now their idea - what a concept!
