And then the Virus hit and we asked her to completely re-envision it to help us turn to a virtual format and she pivoted seamlessly. The investment bank products, which I have supported, are Interest Rate Derivatives, Forward Rate Agreements, & Interest Rate Options. The areas of business I have supported are Accounting, Settlements, Trade Capture, Confirmations, and Reconciliation’s. Due to the global nature of our client base (North & South America, Asia and Europe), I engaged in Overnight Support for the various time zones’ batches and online days.
