Trainer: • Conducting different training programmes like Behavioural Training, Training on Company Policies, etc.for employees of SKS Branch wise, Unit wise, Area wise based on the necessity. Compliance Management and Statutory: • Processing PF & ESI Nomination & Declaration forms. • Generating ESI IPs, updating ESI IPs, generating ESI counter foils, etc on ESIC online website. • Processing PF withdrawal forms. • Liaison with statutory bodies regarding Labour Licences as per companies Act, 1956 and APS&E Act, 1988. • Filing all the statutory returns such as Q-Returns, Annual-Returns and PT Returns as per specified Acts. Exits: • Handling Exits of the employee starting from the exit interview, clearance process, Provident Fund,etc., essential during exit. Show less
