After being away from the vessel for a year and a half I was contacted by C-MAR/Caldive saying that one of the Master's had decided to leave. They asked if Iwould like to return as Master of the Uncle John, and I accepted. I am presently working as Master on the Uncle John in the US Gulf of Mexico. Senior DPO

At the end of my probation period with Stena Drilling I was offered a positon as Senior DPO, wihich I accepted. As senior I was responsible for the DP operations on the bridge including setup and recovery from the well site. I value my time with Stena and am very apreciative of the opertunities given to me there. During my time there I gain a wealth of knowledge with regard to the drilling industry.

In 2013 I decided to expand my offshore experience. I accepted a job with Stena Drilling as a DPO on the Stena DrillMax. I was eager to gain knowledge about the drilling industry. I joined as a DPO and after my probation period I accepted a promotion to Senior DPO.

Responsible for DP ops. maintenance, permits, ballast ops (semi-submersible) and day to day operations of the vessel. Vessel worked Diving, ROV, and well operations including plug and abandonment. I was part of the team selected to take over the Goliath from the yard in Europe and bring the vessel to Mexico. During my time on the vessel in Mexico we were primarily involved in comissioning/ decomissioning platform topsides using the 1600MT crane. I began my DP career with Helix on the pipe lay vessel Intrepid. We operated in the Gulf of Mexico doing flexible pipelay using a J-Lay system.
