  My current dissertation work concerns elucidating changes to the ER-controlled transcriptional landscape under new-generation endocrine therapy treatment in ER+ breast cancer. I am particularly interested in context-dependent agonist properties of selective estrogen receptor modulators in the bone microenvironment and their effects on bone metastasis. Past projects resulted in 1 first author research publication on tamoxifen synergy in ER+ breast cancer PDX models, and 2 co-author research articles.
