I was responsible for interviewing and hiring team members, coaching, counseling, and conducting performance appraisals for the IT team. I also managed several infrastructure projects over the course of six years at Dechra, providing hands-on technical support as needed to ensure success of the projects. I created the IT annual budgets including capital expenditures for proposed infrastructure projects for all Dechra Pharmaceutical companies in North America.
