Mervi is a very solid financial leader. She is able to take on seemingly impossible tasks, break them down into manageable pieces, and utilize her Team's synergies to get results. She maintains a great balance of business intelligence as well as the ability to cater to the needs of the present group/area being focused on. She was affective at dealing with conflicting personalities while allowing the best work product to be produced by the team as a whole. I would definitely work for Mervi again in the future.
