As a network/collaboration leader of a large enterprise, you have a mental go-to person identified at every key service provider, a person that in times of great need or opportunity, you go to - Jody has been that person for me for many years during my tenure at Anthem. Together, we were very successful! Over the years it didn't matter if it was sales, service or operations, Jody was Anthem's advocate at Intercall/West/Intrado. Jody is equally comfortable with staff, IT management and departmental VP's and has a track record of responsiveness, follow up, introduction to new products/services and being an advocate for the customer. Jody and I, along with procurement and legal teams, have a long history of contract renewals and negotiations. Even in the most difficult negotiations, Jody is able to represent her company's needs, remains pleasant, flexible, transparent, open-minded, professional and seeks win-win solutions. Due to some changes on my side, Jody and I are not currently working together but I'd be eager to do so again if opportunity presents itself.
