Impactful technology innovation, especially in the software development field, requires the perfect blend of art and science along with deep and sincere relationship skills. Ki is one of the few people I've worked with that has these attributes, and so many more: She's intelligent, creative, driven, and analytical and has a a great ability to simplify issues and nail down functional requirements. She's also a confident leader, who has helped to build, and has managed, an entire development team owning the delivery cycle from inception to completion. Ki is a true Product Management and Development professional, and it's been a pleasure to work with her. I sincerely hope our career paths cross again.

To say that the team at WME was the most productive, efficient, and fun group I've ever been a part of would be a gross understatement. As with all teams, a great deal of that is attributed to the leader. Ki's unique background and skillset gave her the ability to gather requirements from a fast-paced environment, translate them into innovative products, and communicate those product needs to developers in a very effective way. She is intelligent, determined, friendly, compassionate, and any development team would be better for having her. I hope I get to work with Ki again!
