I first met Katri when I was working as a digital marketing consultant in an agency and Katri was planning the next steps of MIELI ry’s digital marketing. We worked closely together to design effective and targeted awareness building campaigns and bottom of the funnel lead generating campaigns. Katri is a talented, knowledgeable, and modern marketing professional who is good at what she does, and really cares about the people she works with and the results she produces. In January 2022 I was given the opportunity to join Katri and her team at MIELI ry. As a superior Katri goes to great lengths to support her team when needed. Her way of leading is very collaborative, trusting and she allows us to have the freedom to try different approaches to achieve the desired goals. She encourages others to learn, grow and excel, and she has a wonderful ability to see everyone’s strengths and capabilities. We started cooperation with Katri when she was working in Helsingin Sanomat and I was working in Nelonen Media.
