Niall has been one of my favourite people to work with, and to work for. He has a knack of creating opportunities, and radiates enthusiasm and an infectious attitude of seeing obstacles as creative challenges. His technical advice and direction were incredibly astute. While demanding of both employees and partners, he was also I would say very fair, and quick to attribute praise. If you have an eCommerce challenge, I can't recommend Niall strongly enough.
