Robert is very reliable, when he says he is going to do something, he will do it! He is a great team player but knows when to take charge if his team are in need. He is calm in stressful situations and he is very thoughtful of others. He is a thorough thinker and has the ability to plan his projects with the smallest of details in mind. I feel Robert will be a very successful Software Developer as he has all the necessary skills and drive in abundance.
