Track department expenses and create monthly report with receipts attached to purchases and what project they were used for in the Concur system Use Paycom to: approve time cards biweekly for multiple departments; take over for other departments when production leads leave the company; approve time off requests and update time off on internal calendar; track when individuals will be out of the office to assist those looking for them Use SAP Systems to modify parts for purchasing, make approved engineering changes to blueprints of products, and run audits to see which parts the stock room should have on hand Properly code and sign off on invoices to send to accounting for payment Help with onboarding new engineers and helping them with any questions they have Track engineer hours on various projects and collaborate with accounting department on how to budget for projects Keep track of inventory of general office supplies and product manuals that get sent out with finished projects to our customers Ensure the most up to date code and manuals that have been digitized are correctly packaged for completed goods Collaborate with the stock room to ensure they have what they need to send parts to the production floor for assembling products Weekly meetings with management to clearly and quickly run through work done for the week to keep them up to date with assigned tasks Show less
