Shahin demonstrated great leadership in our partnership a couple of years ago. The initiative was to build IoT platform that would collect real time patient treatment data from Dialysis machine and sensors, and deliver advanced algorithms for personalized patient care. Shahin could wear multiple hats, he interacted directly with our executive leaders from Medical Office, and many different teams cross IT organization, brought people together, clearly articulated the deliverables. He is a clear thinker, effective communicator, and a true collaborator. The project was a success, we accomplished above and beyond original scope, it is the foundation for our maturity growth in the AI/ML space.
