I am proud to say that I hired James as one of our Platinum Support Technical Managers at Syncsort. His handling of very important high paying customers was always spot on, handling all of their support cases, and providing advise exactly the way you would expect of a trusted adviser. His technical skills are unequaled and he was always on the forefront of technology changes in order to take advantage of them. He received extremely high customer satisfaction metrics from his customers.
