She tailored client specific training documentation for her group, as to get them ready for system go-live. She also tested break-fixes within her group to ensure that the system was 100% ready for go-live. Her professionalism and courtesy to others in her group made her easy to work with. Her colleagues and trainees were also grateful for her abiities to teach and provide support a needed.
