I have had the pleasure of knowing Rob professionally for the past seven years. We worked together to develop business in the southern and the western states for the company. Rob was always able to reach a high level of trust with his clients and colleagues in a short period of time. Primarily because his mastery of the numbers and the facts was so complete and insightful. All of his clients consistently remarked that his work was the best that they received from any of the companies that were suppliers of services like ours…and that one of their keys to understanding the metrics, was Rob’s insightful observations and delivery. His client base respected him, and our internal people got the most from his territory, in factual information about the clients and their patterns. It was much easier for our people to do their jobs…because of the excellent job that Rob did every day. Rob’s use of our systems to track client and customer information was second to none…he embraced systems and software that enabled him to not only do his job better but enabled our company to redefine and focus processes that raised client satisfaction and company performance. Beyond all of the focused and trained business qualities: Rob is one of the nicest and most pleasant guys in the industry. It was truly a pleasure and privilege to work with him over the years.
