As a CNA I work alongside RN’s to provide adequate care for patients. This includes delegated tasks including but not limited to, assisting in transfers, toileting showering when needed, helping patients eat, and taking vitals. Proper handwashing and the use of PPE is essential in keeping myself and others safe and heathy. In addition, I am responsible for proper documentation on all my patients.
