Kristaq Mitrushi

We worked together for 14 years! He headed R&D and Applications Engineering Teams, designed and deployed first class reliable products, which are changing the way wells are drilled and completed. Masters Degree, deep knowledge of tool design, functioning and application, oilfield veteran, hands on, practicality, plus excellent soft skills, make him an excellent communicator with customers. He is really an excellent Team Player!

Bill Rhinehart

Harsh led our R&D efforts as Engineering Manager. His technical skills are outstanding and I wouldn’t hesitate in hiring him for a senior design role. But what sets Harsh apart from a lot of other engineers I’ve worked with is his leadership. When I came onboard he was already assembling an impressive engineering group, starting from almost nothing after a devastating industry downturn. He brought in good people, was clear in communicating with them, set challenging targets, and held people accountable. And he did so while maintaining an open, friendly, and professionally-satisfying environment for his staff. He and his engineers delivered one new product after another, in record time for that company and at the fastest pace I’d seen in oil services. Harsh combines engineering skill, leadership, and a genuine concern for his employees that all converge into performance. It is a hard combination to find.
