David's knowledge enabled him to build a "Permit to Operate (PTO) process for Aurora Bank. Thanks to his process anything new coming into IT must follow strict guidelines with SLA's before allowed into production. This has decreased our incidents and help with our Mean Time to Repair since run books have already been in place. David's knowledge of the business has helped the infrastructure incident team understand which outages have the most impact to our customers.
