Reporting to our Marketing Director, I currently work within the marketing team on a wide variety of business objectives, including creative design, social media marketing, print advertising, SEO, website design and representing our different businesses at B2B and B2C shows. A key facet of the role is researching the market we operate in, studying our audiences across a variety of different social media channels and developing engaging and effective content to build our reach and brand awareness. As a business that has been operating for over 45 years, Rolawn is a leader in the commercial and domestic landscaping supplies industry. Within the Rolawn Group there are 4 businesses, offering different products, appealling to different consumer groups. It is therefore critical that our marketing output is fine tuned and targeted at these specific audiences. Monitoring our socials metrics gives an insight to our success in engaging our audiences. Understanding the detail not only shows us what works well, but where we can improve. I also use data to look for potential consumer groups we may have not identified. It is my responsibility as a Marketing Executive to work with the data we have to plan and create new campaigns that assist in promoting our brands driving traffic to our website and ultimately, increase sales.
