As a production supervision at one of the fastest growing supplement companies on the Gold Coast, I was directly responsible for overseeing and organizing the equipment, staff, and processes on a production floor. It also included managing the schedule of all production activities as well as acting as first-line troubleshooting if problems happen, monitoring, and appraising production outputs; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Additionally, in order to assist the company to achieve improvements on the production floor, I implemented and sustained the lean manufacturing plan, by actively understanding all the internal process, how they connect with stakeholders, using lean strategies and techniques.

In Unilever I managed project stages such as planning, installations, monitoring and closing activities in several engineering areas. The projects were focused on civil construction, mechanical installations on production lines, installation of product quality control equipment, environment and increasing plant's capacity. By constructing schedules, making strategic planning and managing capital expenses, I delivered projects engaging with several stakeholders from different departments of the factory. In addition, I was part of Early Equipment Management and Environmental pillars of WCM methodology, applying their concepts to the implementation of new projects in the plant.
