I had the pleasure to have Matthias as my manager during my time at Spotify. I really enjoyed and valued working with him. Matthias trusted me as a manager and leader to drive my squads and area to success without him micromanaging me. He was there to help and support both me and my teams! As my manager Matthias was very transparent and he communicated openly and honestly, it builded trust between us and made me comfortable in sharing my thoughts and ideas. Matthias cares about his employees and makes sure to take actions and decisions when necessary. I would love to work with Matthias again!

Matthias is the kind of manager I'd like to have again in a team. Besides being highly technically competent and driven, he is always there to understand what is needed to unlock the team. He also helped me a lot to grow as a professional, being deeply involved in my career development. Thank you Matthias! It was a real pleasure working with you.
