  As CAM RF/DAS Optimization and Planning Engineer I am responsible for the analysis and selection of the right antenna and other equipment locations in order to find the best/optimal solutions to meet customer (Optus, Vodafone and Telstra) needs. I am also responsible for design of indoor solutions starting with a thorough analysis of a venue/site, its performance evaluation to see if customer's current DAS or macro site is providing the required and optimal performance. Additionally, I have a wide experience using geo-location software and conducting analysis for a multitude of different variables, such as traffic, signal strength and dropped calls in order to get a better understanding of how your subscribers are experiencing mobile broadband indoors and outdoors. I am experienced in calculating power budgets to ensure an optimum design of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), preparation of antenna and cabling layouts, schematic diagrams and designing the In-Building sectorization Plan. I have also executed a multitude of Walk and Drive tests across major NSW and interstate sites as well as delivered post-processing analysis and reporting.
