  I work with groups to design and host conversations, meetings, retreats, and longer-term systems change and transformation. I am also hired as a leadership or personal coach. As a consultant and contractor, I have experience working with organisations and their business leaders (up to C-level) to help them see their world differently and influence long-term organisational and cultural change. I’m also an experienced coach who helps leaders to expand their thinking in the places they get stuck and supporting them to navigate the challenges they face. I’m skilled at inviting and listening to different perspectives and helping individuals and groups to discover their own way forward.
