During my time as President of the student group Fair Trade Vision I volunteered alongside Georgia. It was our mission to educate fellow students and the local community about the benefits and ethics of fair trade and strategically implement CSR values at Deakin. Georgia was elected by myself and other peers to take the role of Treasurer, which demanded a thorough level of attention to detail and diligence in amongst the leadership team. Georgia demonstrated an outstanding level of capability in this role, often steering our limited funds to their full potential. Georgia was highly knowledgeable of the local financial market and secured an unprecedented amount of grants which increased our output and effectiveness. When she was at the end of her tenure she ensured the Treasurer who was to follow her was well informed and equipped to maintain and continue her level of transparency and accountability.

As an Assistant Planner I was responsible for managing a 40 million OTB. In addition to assisting my Senior Planner with the the strategic direction building up new woven pants category, my focus was planning the Jersey bases basics category.Experience in fast fashion with a global retailer has successfully prepared me to grow and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure and agile environment. Accustomed to planning bi-monthly ranges, requiring quick turnaround of milestones, containing 3 individual global ranges (Southern Hem, Northern Hem and Asia) and further planned at the micro level by 17 countries (12 DC's and Merchandise Plans/WSSI).
